These items may be critical to your loan being completed in a timely manner. Please start "dusting-off" the following files and have them ready for your Mortgage Consultant. Fax or email will work fine until the originals are specifically requested.
W-2's for the last 2 years.
Last two years tax returns (hold until requested).
Current Pay Stubs. At least the last two.
If refinancing, your most recent mortgage statement.
Most Recent statements for Banks (checking, savings, money market), Mutual Funds, 401K's, and IRA's.
If you have been renting, we will need contact information for landlords (for past 24 months).
Copy of Purchase Contract or the price you expect to spend for your new home.
Proof of home insurance or the contact information of your insurance carrier.
If you are self-employed or receive commissions, ask about documents needed.
Divorce Decree and Separation Agreement, if applicable.
Lease Agreements on Rental Property you own.
A complete copy of bankruptcy papers, including discharge, if applicable.
A letter explaining any gap in your employment record inside the last two years.
Proof of Child Support, if applicable.
